Why do I need the Compleat Guides?

Imagine you're going to visit Italy. Your objective is to hire a car, take in the sights and stay in some fabulous places. Of course you need a good map of Italy. But you also need street directories of the places you will visit: Rome, Florence etc. or you'll never find your hotel.
Think of the Detection Diet Journal as your main map. Then the Compleat Guides are the more detailed manuals (like street directories). They guide you on how to substitute, shop and cook on a day to day basis for each of the diets.
As a member of The Food Intolerance Healing Program you get access to the whole library including the Compleat Guides for Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Wheat-free, Fructose-free and Yeast-free. Remember, you may need more than one to fully identify your food intolerance. But they're all easy to understand and follow, just like the Detection Diet.
After you figure out which is your Problem Food, you'll continue using the relevant Compleat Guide for your new eating plan.
